The Three types of Education:
1. Academic or Scholastic Education
2. Professional Education
3. Financial Education
Academic or Scholastic Education is the education that we get from primary to tertiary level like; reading and writing, English, Math, Science, Geometry etc.
Professional Education is the education that we get from our profession like; Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers, Accountants, Web programmers etc.
Financial Education is the education that does not taught in school we learn this by reading business and financial books, by attending business and investments seminars, by playing Cash flow 101 & 202 board game developed by Robert Kiyosaki. It's all about winning the money game.
Financial Education is very important in today's global economic situation where big companies are merging and downsizing. If you are an employee you might be affected by these and If you don't have financial education it is possible that you do not have savings, investments, real estate properties and all you have is debt to pay.
Because students leave school without financial skills, millions of educated people pursue their profession successfully, but later find themselves struggling financially. They work harder, but don't get ahead. What is missing from their education is not how to make money, but how to spend money what to do after you make it. It's called financial aptitude what you do with the money once you make it, how to keep people from taking it from you, how long you keep it, and how hard that money works for you. Most people cannot tell why they struggle financially because they don't understand cash flow. Cash flow is money coming in and money coming out.
